All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We offer free local pickup and delivery (minimum $50.00 purchase) in the Chicagoland Area. If you do not see this option come up by checkout, feel free to contact us to see if delivery is available in your area.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us here with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
